[Sex Toy Review] Blue Venus

I’ve always wanted a vibrator solely for clitoral stimulation, but for some reason I just never thought to get one, so when Good Vibes gave me the opportunity to try out the Blue Venus, I jumped at the chance. It’s just too bad that chance wasn’t as great, as I had hoped it to be; let me explain.
Usage
The first aspect of the Blue Venus that I noticed was its long handle and while I understand that aspect was to make it easier to use, I still found it was a bit odd. Besides that oddity, I proceeded to use it and found that the power behind the vibration was not enough to really push me to the brink. 
In addition to that, is the flat head, which is meant to assist in rubbing the clitoris, but I found that the material wasn’t slick enough to prevent chaffing after prolonged use. However, if I am honest part of the problem I had with the vibrator was due to the fact that the power behind vibrations wasn’t strong enough and as a result it took much longer for me to orgasm than with one of my standard vibrators. This may not be the case for another, who doesn’t need as much rev behind their vibrator and therefore this toy may work wonderfully for someone else.
Despite the issues I had with the Blue Venus, I still was able to orgasm, however it did take much longer than usual and as a result, I do not think I’ll be as eager to use it as my other vibrators.
Cleaning
The Blue Venus is made of plastic and has a smooth texture that makes cleaning very easy. It is also waterproof so you do not have to worry about accidentally getting water into the unit. I merely used warm water and soap to clean it and stored it in a cool damp place with the rest of my toys.
Summary
The Blue Venus was my first clitoral vibrator and admittedly did not live up to the hopes I had for it originally. Despite that fact, I think this vibrator might suit another who doesn’t need as much power to reach orgasm and is looking for a clitoral stimulator that is easy to use. While I myself, wouldn’t be apt to use the Blue Venus again, it is still something I would recommend for beginners.
