[Sex Toy Reviews] Toyfriend
Nov 1, 2010The contents of this blog are meant for those who ages 18 or older. If you are not 18 or older, I ask that you not proceed any further.
When I presented with a chance to review another clitoral based vibrator by Babeland, I was pretty jazzed. The last clitoral vibrator I reviewed was less than stellar so I was hoping this would be different. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case1 but it was a better experience than my previous one.
Toyfriend are a set of four clitoral vibrators that come in four different shapes and sizes. The style I received was the Rabbit which admittedly was a little off putting2. The Toyfriend Coney Rabbit is a silicone waterproof vibrator that has two vibration speeds, three pulsation modes and rabbit ears to hug the clitoris. Despite all these features, the toy itself for me was a bit awkward.
Usage
Admittedly when I first got the toy, I scratched my head wondering how in the world I was going to use it. After reading the instruction manual and Babeland, I set to work. The feel of the toy was wonderful, given that silicone or TRP are my preferred textures, however positioning the Toyfriend Coney Rabbit was another story. It was very awkward around my clitoris and was a little painful as well. We had to utilize lubrication to ensure that there was no chaffing or dry rubbing.
After we figured out how to position the toy, the nose of the Rabbit was a distraction and as a result I wasn’t able to climax. Despite this, I still think the concept of the Toyfriend Coney Rabbit is a good concept but entirely dependent on an individual’s body type– so well it didn’t necessarily work for me, it might work for someone us. My shortness I think played a huge factor with this toy and as a result I just couldn’t find a position that didn’t leave me feeling awkward and uncomfortable.
Cleaning
Given that the Toyfriend Coney Rabbit was waterproof, clean up was a breeze. I simply had to use soap and warm water, pat it dry, and store it in a clean damp place, secluded from all my other silicone based toys.
Summary
All in all the Toyfriend Coney Rabbit is a neat idea and is ideal for someone who is a bit taller in height. I wouldn’t say this toy is meant for beginner’s given the difficulty of positioning, but it’s definitely a toy worth checking out as long as you’re aware that angles and body type do play a factor… at least where I was concerned.
