Old Favorite, New Love

I have always been a huge fan of Nathan Fillion. There’s just something about his on screen presence that has always touched me. His characters often play the cocky confident, bad boys with a bit of soul and I guess I like that (Hi Dean!). In any event, I finally decided to check out the show Castle to see what it had to offer.
Anyone who knows me knows I’m pretty particular about my shows. I have to invest in the characters, to relate on some level and feel the authenticity through the screen. Castle is my new love. I teared up like a little baby over a sweet gesture and a mother’s concern1 and that’s what I need from my shows. There has to be some type of connection, enough to make me whimper on the days when I’m a little too over-emotional.
In any event, after obsessively watching the show over the past few days2 I have caught up and now have yet another show to lose myself in. Course that doesn’t change the sadness in my heart over the last season of Supernatural but I guess this will tide me over for a bit.

Well Supernatural has nothing to do with it really, lol. I’m just glad to have another show to watch when it ends, but you should check it out anyway.

Haha will do. I just noticed on V. that you seem to like a lot of shows that I like too, so I guess it’s safe to trust your opinion XD
