I know exactly what you mean! I work with a bunch of people who have little work ethic and are always complaining that they are only being paid $10 an hour. I’m sorry, but for the amount of “work” they actually do, they should be happy they are getting paid that much. It’s so frustrating to me that I get paid almost the same as people who don’t even try to do a good job.

My blog isn’t for others to enjoy though. It’s for me. So I won’t just write about happy and optimistic things because ultimately its my sanctuary. I’ll probably start utilizing my protected posts more often so I can still write about what I want but share my thoughts with those I believe wouldn’t use it in a means to hurt me down the line.

I live in Ohio & I complain that it gets too hot in the summer… So living in Arizona is probably lethal!!!!! One person once told me that the heat in Arizona feels like walking outside and being hit by a ping pong paddle in the face, lol! That was a good joke but its probably 99.9% true

Trust is a pretty fragile thing. A few years back I went through some shit that pretty much left me with some massive trust issues of my own. I’m glad you do have some good friends. Definitely cherish them.

You don’t NEED to go to school for web design. Some of the best designers didn’t go to school. Honestly, I’m so lazy that it’s really the only way to motivate me since I’m paying for it.

From what I’ve heard Network Admins make good money so it might be a good choice to make. Also, I think being a web designer and network admin can go hand-in-hand, am I right?

It’s really upsetting to see some people you would have trusted with your life turn on you so suddenly. Some people don’t think before they act and had they considered the “Golden Rule” beforehand probably wouldn’t have done it in the first place.

A lot of people have trust issues for many different reasons and I hope, in time, you are able to trust again without fearing that someone will send you into a downward spiral. Sometimes you don’t realize how much you trust someone until it is too late.

An interesting choice. I’ve come to the realization that Web Dev is a really broad field and you really just have to pick a niche in it to get good at, kind of like picking a specialty for a doctor. Ill be focusing on education applications myself.

Network Admins are definitely a good field to get into. Not really my cup of tea, from the few classes I’ve taken, but they’ll always be needed in tech I hope you enjoy it and don’t find yourself drowning in work again!
